By accessing or using AidMate (a service provided by APPBAI), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. Usage of the service implies explicit consent to our data practices as outlined in the APPBAI Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for your use of the service. You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so. Specifically, you must not:

3. Health Data & Wearable Syncing
By connecting a third-party health service (such as Google Fit), you authorize AidMate to periodically synchronize your health metrics.
Automated Analysis: You acknowledge that health notifications and dashboard insights are generated automatically by artificial intelligence. These are intended for general wellness awareness and should not be used as a primary source for health monitoring.
Data Accuracy: We rely on the accuracy of the data provided by the third-party source. AidMate is not responsible for incorrect health metrics resulting from faulty wearable devices or data provider errors.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AidMate and its developers/affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
You specifically acknowledge that reliance on any information provided by the AI is solely at your own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the content generated by the AI models.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the specific restrictions outlined in Section 2 (Use of Service).
6. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the most current version on this page. By continuing to use or access the Services after any revisions come into effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
